Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we only accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund for health and safety reasons.
Once the issue is verified, we will either replace the product or issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
